Prepare for the Session

 

We suggest logging in about 10 minutes before the live session starts to ensure you are able to connect. Use the sign in button in the top right corner to enter your platform credentials. Once logged in, access and download the session handouts. Handouts will be available the day before the event. The “join now” button will connect to a Zoom webinar environment. Missed the live event?

We have added purchase options. Those who purchase the live event will have access to the recorded session and CE until December 10, 2025. If you miss the live event, you can purchase access to the recorded session after September 11, 2025. Purchasing the on-demand session provides the same access to CE until December 10, 2025. Group on-demand purchases must be completed by Nov 19, 2025.

  • Is any coursework required before attending the course?

    This course has no prerequisites. However, participants may find it helpful to review the current exam handbook for their desired credential before beginning the course.

  • How do I enter my payment information?

    Select the appropriate tile from the courses and learning plans page. To purchase training, click the "Add to Cart" button, then select "Check out" and confirm the session. Select "Register" to set up your username and password. Follow the prompts to set up an account and enter payment details. Debit or credit card payments are processed via Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account. Checks are not accepted. Purchase tips are available here.

  • Why didn't I receive an email?

    Add course-related email addresses to your safe sender list, and check your spam folder. After you register, you will receive confirmation emails and reminders from noreply@aacn.org.  You may also receive course-related emails from cert.review@aacn.org. Group leaders may receive emails from AACN-Smartsheet.

  • What are the system requirements for the webinar?

    The live review webinar series will occur on Zoom via the event platform. You must sign into the event platform to access the webinar.
    You can participate in the webinar series on a computer or mobile device. Your computer system must meet the technical requirements for the series.
    Be sure to disable popup blockers in your internet browser's settings so the live sessions can open in Zoom and you can download handouts from the webinar event platform.
    Your system must have a sound card because you will listen to the presenter through your computer or mobile device speakers.
    The webinar requires a stable, high-speed internet connection.
    Make sure your computer or mobile device has an updated operating system and browser.
    Connect laptops to power to avoid low battery operation.

  • How long can I access the recorded session?

    Access to CE and the recorded session expires 11:59 pm PST, December 10, 2025.

  • What if my plans change?

    If you have already registered and cannot attend one or more of the live sessions, you may access the online recordings and receive CE hours until July 30, 2025.

  • How will I claim CE?

    CE will be available after the end of the last live session. To claim CE, sign into the webinar platform using the "Sign in' button in the top right corner. Select the recordings and CE tile. Follow the prompts. You will need to know or create aacn.org credentials. These may be different than your webinar platform credentials.

What is group purchase?

Group purchase enables a group leader to purchase the webinar series for a group of up to 30 total learners. Since access is limited to 30 participants, group leaders should carefully track the number of group members. Following the purchase, group leaders receive an email with instructions on how group members may register themselves. Making a group purchase allows the leader to prepay for the members.  The members must then register themselves using the code provided to the group leader. Group leaders may coordinate group viewing for each session, although group members may attend from different locations.

 

How does my group register?

Each group leader should receive an email confirming the transaction. (Check the spam folder of your facility security settings if the email is not received.) Following the purchase, group leaders receive a separate email containing a coupon code that can be used up to 30 times. The group leader should distribute the code to participants so that each may register themselves on the event platform. The group leader may register as an individual to include themselves as one of the 30 total participants.


On the event platform, each participant should select “individual purchase” and enter the coupon code to complete the transaction. The code will no longer work after 30 registrants, so keeping track of the group member list is critical. Each registered member will receive a reminder email. Individual registration includes access to recordings and CE hours for a limited time. All participants must sign in to the webinar event platform to access the live session, view recordings or earn CE.

Note: Individual registration is required for a participant to access the live event, view recorded sessions and access CE.

 

What if my group can't attend the live event?

Group leaders may purchase access to the recorded event after the last live session has ended. Group purchases for up to 30 participants must be completed by November 19, 2025. Purchasing the on-demand session provides the same access to CE until December 10, 2025.
